Cartoon Video Illustration Assets

I’m producing an animated video and need a complete set of illustrations so my team can handle all animation internally. The style is lively, modern Cartoon, and everything must be supplied as clean, layered source files that are easy to rig.

The video will shift between Indoor and Outdoor settings, so I’ll require matching background art for both environments—think offices, living rooms, streets, parks, skylines—kept on separate layers for parallax and subtle camera moves.

Characters are Humans only. Each needs consistent proportions, front/side/back turnarounds, a range of facial expressions, and limbs separated for simple cut-out animation.

Preferred workflow is Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, though Procreate or Clip Studio is fine if you export layered PSD/AI files and label everything clearly.

Deliverables
• 4–6 indoor backgrounds
• 4–6 outdoor backgrounds
• 3 principal human characters (turnarounds, expressions, separated parts)
• Supporting props that appear in the scenes
• Source files plus high-resolution PNG exports

Acceptance criteria: files open without missing assets, layers are logically named, colours stay in RGB, and all artwork is cleared for unlimited commercial use.
