Project Title: Build a Fast, Responsive Website Using HTML, CSS and Vanilla JavaScript

I’m looking for a frontend developer to build a small, polished website using HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The finished site should be fast, responsive and easy to maintain, with no external frameworks, libraries or build tools required.

Project requirements

A consistent, professional layout across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
Clean, semantic HTML and well-organized code, with useful comments.
Separate CSS and JavaScript files—no inline styles or scripts.
Compatibility with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Basic on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, a favicon and Open Graph tags.
Lightweight interactions where appropriate, such as hover effects, subtle animations, tabs or modals.
Accessible navigation and controls, with essential content usable if JavaScript is disabled.

Deliverables

A ZIP containing all HTML, CSS, JavaScript and asset files, ready to upload directly to my hosting.
A short README explaining the folder structure and how to update content, styles or add pages.
A summary of the browsers and screen sizes tested.
