I’m ready to turn my Renault Master and VW Crafter into organised, fully functional mobile workshops. Both vans need a complete fit-out using rugged steel shelving throughout and a solid, fixed workbench in each load area.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Measure, design and propose a layout that maximises floor space while keeping weight balanced.
• Supply or fabricate steel shelves sized to suit common trade toolboxes and consumables.
• Build and install a sturdy fixed workbench with a durable top and under-bench bracing so it won’t shift on the road.
I’m open to recommendations on shelf depth, tie-down points, lighting or other nice-to-haves, but the core requirement is rock-solid steel racking and a permanent bench that will stand up to daily trade use.
If you’ve kitted out service vans before, let me see a couple of photos and tell me roughly how long you’d need for each vehicle once materials arrive.
