Overhead Indian Pedestrian Dataset

I am ready to buy an already-captured dataset that shows people in Indian settings filmed or photographed strictly from a 90° straight-down, overhead viewpoint.

Note: No diagonal, tilted, or side angles.

Scope and minimums
• 10,000+ still images or 100+ continuous videos (or a mix) of adults and children walking-solo and in groups-wearing everyday or traditional Indian clothing.
• Footage must be shot in India (streets, markets, stations, festivals, malls, campuses, etc.).
• Native resolution around 1080p is ideal; higher resolutions are welcome if you have them.
• I can accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF for photos and any common codec for video; consistency within each media type is preferred.

What I need to review before purchase
1. Samples representative of the whole set.
2. Exact count of files, total storage size, and average frame length (for videos).
3. Confirmation of commercial-use rights or the licence you are providing.

Acceptance criteria
• Every frame stays within a true 90° top-down perspective.
• No personally identifying close-ups; faces must be naturally occluded or small in frame.
• Files open cleanly without corruption and match the specs you quote.
• A licence document explicitly granting unrestricted commercial use accompanies the delivery.
