Vacation Rental Listing & Support

I run a group of short-stay properties and need a freelance hand who is most comfortable with managing property listings. Your main arena will be Airbnb, so practical familiarity with its host dashboard, calendar, pricing, and message centre is crucial.

The day-to-day flow looks like this: keep every listing 100 % accurate, sync calendars, refresh photos or copy when needed, and jump into guest chats using my established response templates. When questions fall outside the template, you will forward them to the on-ground property team and follow up until the guest receives a clear answer. Everything happens remotely and several conversations may run at once, so fast tab-switching and attention to small details are non-negotiable.

My tone with guests is friendly but concise, and a basic level of written English that is clear and mistake-free is all I need; I will supply phrase guides for anything advanced. Expect recurring work if we mesh well.
