Managing community funds, festival donations (Chanda), and event expenses on paper notebooks often leads to calculation errors, lost receipts, and confusion over unpaid pledges. Utsav Fund Manager is a modern Android application designed specifically for cultural committees, temple trusts, youth associations, and charity organizers to digitize their entire accounting workflow.

Multi-Event & Multi-Year Ledger Management: Create and switch between multiple festivals or events (e.g., Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Temple Annadanam) with isolated accounts and summaries.
Comprehensive Donation Tracking (Paid & Unpaid Pledges):
Record cash, UPI, and In-Kind donations (e.g., Rice, Oil, Groceries with quantities and units).
Dedicated Unpaid / Pending Pledges tracking column across the Dashboard, History, and Volunteer views with one-tap settlement ("Mark as Paid") and direct phone call integration.
Interactive Donor Detail Popup displaying full receipt number, volunteer attribution, contact details, address, and payment status.
Volunteer-Wise Collection Tracking: Assign collections to specific committee volunteers, view individual volunteer performance, and filter their paid vs. unpaid donor lists separately.
