Bridging Log Pro is a comprehensive logistics and supply chain management platform designed to streamline freight tracking, fleet scheduling, route optimization, and operational analytics. The objective was to replace cluttered legacy systems with a modern, intuitive, and data-dense UI/UX workflow.

My Role & Responsibilities
User Research & Persona Building: Conducted interviews with logistics managers, dispatchers, and drivers to understand pain points in real-time tracking and dispatch management.

Information Architecture & Workflow Mapping: Structured complex data sets (shipment statuses, driver logs, warehouse inventories) into clear, multi-tier navigation systems.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes to test task completion speeds and developed high-fidelity interactive prototypes for stakeholder review.

Design System & UI Component Library: Developed a reusable component library (data tables, status indicators, dynamic filters, map overlays) ensuring design consistency and easy developer handoff.

Usability Testing & Iteration: Conducted usability testing sessions to reduce screen clutter, resulting in faster decision-making for operations teams.
