USA & Canada Trademark Registration

I’m ready to move forward with registering my word mark in both the United States and Canada. The clearance search has already been completed on my end, so I’m looking for help strictly with the application and prosecution phases.

Here’s what I need:
• Prepare and file the USPTO and CIPO applications under the correct classes.
• Monitor each filing, handle any examiner correspondence, and keep me updated until we reach publication.
• Provide guidance on specimens, declarations, and any other formalities unique to each office.

You’ll be working with materials I supply (the cleared mark, owner details, and descriptions of goods/services). Please outline your expected timeline from filing to publication and note any additional government-fee stages I should budget for. Ideally, you’ve managed cross-border filings before and are comfortable navigating TEAS and CIPO’s online system.
