You will have autonomy to suggest post ideas, collect community contributions, and maintain a light content calendar so the group never feels idle yet never gets overwhelmed. A friendly, approachable tone is essential, and experience using Telegram’s admin tools, basic analytics, and anti-spam bots will help you stay efficient.

Deliverables for every seven-day cycle:
• One curated post (news, community highlight, or tutorial)
• Ongoing moderation and quick response to member queries
• A brief summary of engagement metrics and observations
