We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the United States for an ongoing, long-term research support arrangement.
This role involves conducting localized U.S. market research, evaluating public consumer platforms, navigating regional web resources, and compiling structured summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct public web research and verify regional consumer data across designated U.S. portals and platforms.
Complete structured online research tasks, user-flow testing, and consumer feedback documentation.
Participate in scheduled live research sessions via screen-share or co-browsing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or TeamViewer) to review navigation flows in real-time.
Organize research findings into clean spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and written summaries.
Requirements:
Must be physically located in the United States with a stable, high-speed residential internet connection.
Operating a modern Windows 10/11 PC.
Good communication skills and availability for routine weekly syncs.
High attention to detail and strong adherence to project guidelines.
Engagement & Compensation:
This is a recurring monthly / hourly engagement with predictable weekly hours. Prior experience with web research, quality assurance, or virtual assistance is preferred.
