Type Printed Papers into Excel

I have a stack of printed papers that now need to live in a structured Excel sheet. Your job is straight-forward data transcription: carefully type every line from the physical pages exactly as they appear, keep original spelling and line order, and place the content into the columns I will specify once we start.

Because this is pure typing from documents, speed is useful but accuracy is critical. I will provide high-resolution scans of the printed pages, plus an example file that shows the column headings and formatting I need.
