We are looking for an experienced U.S. B2B Sales / Business Development Specialist who can identify, approach, and close U.S. businesses that need high-volume applicants/candidates.

We are NOT looking for contact lists or basic lead generation.

Our goal is to find businesses that have genuine hiring needs and are willing to finalize a staffing/recruitment partnership with us.

The successful freelancer will be responsible for taking the opportunity from prospecting → communication → business discussion → agreement → client onboarding.

Target Clients

We are interested in U.S. businesses with high-volume or recurring hiring needs, including:

Insurance
Healthcare
Customer Service
Call Centers / BPO
Sales
Retail
Logistics
Warehouse
Hospitality
Manufacturing
Construction
Administration
Other high-volume hiring industries
What We Are Looking For

We want businesses that:

Are actively hiring
Have multiple openings
Need a high volume of applicants
Need applicants quickly
Have recurring hiring requirements
Are open to working with an external staffing/recruitment company
Are willing to establish a business relationship with us
NOT A DATA-COLLECTION PROJECT

We do not want someone who simply delivers:

Company lists
Email lists
Phone lists
LinkedIn lists
Generic leads
Job posting spreadsheets

We need someone who can generate genuine business opportunities and help convert them into actual clients.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Identify U.S. companies with genuine high-volume hiring needs.
Contact the appropriate decision makers.
Introduce our staffing/recruitment services.
Understand the company's hiring requirements.
Communicate our value proposition.
Discuss the staffing arrangement and business process.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Handle initial business discussions.
Move qualified prospects toward a staffing agreement.
Finalize the business relationship/client engagement with us.
What Happens After Client Finalization

Once the business agrees to work with us and provides a hiring requirement, our staffing team takes over the candidate side.

Our team will handle:

Candidate sourcing
Candidate screening
Candidate qualification
Candidate communication
Candidate submission
Providing candidate details to the client

The freelancer is not responsible for recruiting or screening candidates unless separately agreed.

Ideal Client

The ideal client is a U.S. business that says:

"Yes, we need a large number of applicants for these positions and we are willing to work with your staffing company."

We are looking for actual staffing clients, not prospects that simply provide their contact information.

Industries

Priority industries include:

Insurance | Healthcare | Customer Service | Call Centers | Sales | Logistics | Warehouse | Retail | Hospitality | Manufacturing | Construction | IT | Administration

Ideal Freelancer

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

U.S. B2B sales
Staffing agency business development
Recruitment agency client acquisition
U.S. staffing sales
Cold calling
Cold email
LinkedIn outreach
Business development
Client acquisition
Negotiation
Follow-up
Closing
Staffing partnership development

Experience selling staffing/recruitment services to U.S. companies is highly preferred.

Success Is Based on Client Acquisition

We are primarily interested in results, not the number of leads submitted.

For example:

❌ 500 company contacts with no response = Not successful

❌ 100 job postings with no client relationship = Not successful

✅ 10 qualified business conversations = Good

✅ 3 companies interested in working with us = Better

✅ 1 business that finalizes a staffing relationship with us = Successful

Application Questions
Do you have experience selling staffing or recruitment services to U.S. companies?
Have you personally closed U.S. staffing clients before?
What industries have you successfully acquired staffing clients in?
What is your process for finding companies with high-volume hiring requirements?
How do you approach HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or business decision makers?
Are you comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach?
Can you provide examples of staffing clients you have previously acquired?
Are you comfortable working on a performance/commission-based model tied to successful client acquisition?
How many new U.S. staffing clients have you personally closed in the past 12 months?
How quickly can you begin outreach?
Compensation

We are interested in a performance-based arrangement, where compensation is tied to successful business acquisition.

The focus is on closed staffing clients and actual business results, not simply the number of leads or contacts delivered.

Main Objective
Find → Approach → Negotiate → Close → Client Finalization

We need someone who can help us acquire real U.S. staffing clients, not someone who simply provides a database of potential companies.
