US Expansion Strategist for Irish Tyre Business

I run an established mobile tyre repair and replacement business in Ireland and I am looking to expand into the United States.

I am looking for an experienced professional or team who can assist with:

• US business immigration and visa options, particularly L-1A and E-2 routes
• Structuring the Irish company and new US operation correctly
• Setting up the US company and expansion plan
• Preparing a professional investor pitch and business plan
• Identifying and approaching potential US investors or strategic partners
• Advising on funding requirements and financial projections

The US business will provide mobile tyre repair, replacement and emergency roadside services for cars, vans, trucks, HGVs and commercial fleets.

We already operate successfully in Ireland with staff, vehicles, equipment and an established customer base. This is an expansion of an existing operation rather than a new business idea.

I am particularly interested in expanding into Texas or Tennessee.

I am looking for someone with genuine experience in US immigration/business expansion and/or raising investment for established companies entering the US market.
