Residential Villa MEP Design

I am preparing a new private villa in Riyadh and need a full MEP package produced strictly to the Saudi Building Code. The scope is fixed and covers the following disciplines:

Electrical – power and lighting layouts, load calculations, DB schedules, single-line diagram, earthing and external utility tie-ins.
Low Current – CCTV, intercom, doorbell, TV and basic access control.
Data – CAT6 point layout and network cabinet placement.
Plumbing – hot and cold water, drainage, roof drainage, manholes and pipe sizing.
HVAC – AC equipment locations, refrigerant and condensate piping plus cooling-load check.
Fire & Safety – basic fire alarm zoning, extinguisher locations, emergency lighting and exit signs where required.

Deliverables I expect at hand-over:
- Coordinated MEP drawings in DWG and PDF
- All supporting calculations
- Equipment, panel and fixture schedules
- Combined coordination drawings
- Excel BOQ / quantity take-off
