My domain sits with Wix while the site itself is served from Zoho Backstage, and right now every page is throwing mixed-content warnings on both platforms. I need the padlock back—fast.
Here’s the situation
• HTTPS is enabled, yet browsers downgrade resources to HTTP, so the entire site is flagged as “Not Secure.”
• On Wix the problem shows up as classic mixed-content errors; in Zoho Backstage I see the same, suggesting links, images, scripts and stylesheets are all being pulled over HTTP somewhere in the chain.
• DNS and SSL certificates themselves appear valid; the issue looks to be embedded asset calls, redirects or an incomplete SSL handshake between the two services.
What I need from you
1. Trace and eliminate every mixed-content source so every request is forced through HTTPS.
2. Configure any necessary 301/302 redirects and HSTS settings in Wix and Zoho Backstage.
3. Verify the SSL certificate chain on both ends and confirm there are no hostname mismatches.
4. Hand back a brief summary of what you changed so I can maintain it going forward.
Acceptance criteria
• No mixed-content warnings in Chrome DevTools or SSL Labs.
• Green padlock on all pages including sub-events and embedded widgets.
• Propagation tested on at least two public DNS/SSL checkers.
If you’re familiar with Wix dashboards, Zoho Backstage settings, SSL/TLS diagnostics, and can jump in immediately, let’s get this resolved today.
most importantly i need this fixed within next 30 mins. Its not a big issue and You will have to guide me how to fix this.
