Licensed Architect: Manual CAD Drafts

I need a licensed professional architect to prepare structural-level CAD drawings for a complex commercial project. The scope is tight and clearly defined: two full sections and one exterior elevation, all drafted manually inside CAD (no auto-generated exports). Every line must be placed by hand so that the detail is easy and has to match plans.

Please base the work on information I will supply—dimensional sketches, field notes, and reference photos—and convert it into precise .dwg files plus PDFs. Because I revisit the massing in SketchUp, you should also be comfortable opening, checking, and referencing that model for context, though no direct SketchUp output is required.

Deliverables
• Section A-A and Section B-B (structural detail, 1:50)
• North-facing elevation (1:100)
• Matching PDF plots and the editable .dwg files, all on my title block

Acceptance criteria
Drawings must align with the dimensions provided, show full structural information (grid lines, slab and beam sizes, notes), and plot correctly at the stated scales with layers, line weights, and text styles organized for immediate permit submission.
