Urgent Wind Analysis & Stability Certification

I have two mixed-use commercial buildings (office plus retail) moving quickly through approvals and I need complete wind analysis reports along with formal structural stability certificates for each one right away. All calculations, modelling, and documentation must align with the relevant local building codes; international references are fine for comparison, but final results have to satisfy the local authority having jurisdiction.

You will take my architectural and structural drawings, run the wind load assessment, verify overall frame stability, and summarise the results in a professional report package that an engineer of record can seal. Please include:

• Detailed wind load calculations and assumptions
• Clear statement of compliance with the specified local code sections
• Any governing load combinations that control member design or drift
• Signed structural stability certificate suitable for submission

I can supply CAD/PDF plans and the terrain/exposure information as soon as we start. Let me know the software you prefer (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot, or similar) and your estimated turnaround; time is critical on both projects, so indicate an expedited schedule if possible.
