I live in a 100-plus-year-old house in northern Kentucky and have been tracking unusually high broadband RF readings (200 MHz – 8 GHz) with my own meter. Peaks are well above commonly accepted human-exposure limits and I have noticed a corresponding downturn in my family’s health.

I need a qualified RF / EMF specialist to carry out a complete technical analysis of these spikes and deliver a formal report that I can act on. The priority is to understand the data already collected, identify the most probable indoor and nearby outdoor emitters, and lay out a practical path to eliminate the offending sources—not simply shield them. Every room is of concern, so the scope covers the entire home.

Deliverables
• Independent review of my logged measurements plus any additional readings you deem necessary (on-site preferred, but I am open to guidance on expanded self-measurement).
• Clear, standards-referenced report (FCC, ICNIRP, or IEEE) detailing peak, average, and duty-cycle exposure levels room-by-room.
• Source-ranking matrix that pinpoints which devices or external transmitters contribute the most to overall exposure.
• Step-by-step elimination plan with estimated impact for each action so I can prioritize upgrades, removals, or service calls.

Acceptance criteria will be met when the report provides enough technical depth—graphs, spectrum snapshots, and narrative explanations—to allow a licensed contractor or utility to address the documented sources without further clarification.
