Urgent SA Passport Name Fix

My South African passport was issued with errors in both my first name and my surname, and I need those details corrected as quickly as the system will allow. I’m looking for someone who already knows the ins-and-outs of Home Affairs name-correction procedures and can help me accelerate every step—securing the right application form, assembling the supporting documents, booking the earliest possible appointment, and keeping the file moving once it’s submitted.

Please let me know the fastest legal route you can manage, what information or paperwork you’ll need from me up front, and how you typically track progress with Home Affairs until the new passport is in hand. I’m working against an urgent personal deadline, so realistic timeframes and clear communication will be critical.
