Urgent Full-Cycle Bookkeeping Support

I have a backlog that needs clearing right away and I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can jump in immediately. The work is classic day-to-day bookkeeping—capturing every transaction, issuing accurate invoices, and reconciling bank and card statements—so I can rely on real-time numbers again.

You should be fully comfortable inside modern accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or a comparable platform) and able to keep supporting documents neatly organised in Google Drive or a similar shared folder. A solid grasp of double-entry principles and the discipline to spot and flag discrepancies are essential, as I don’t have time for second passes.

Deliverables
• Complete data entry of all outstanding transactions
• Generation and dispatch of all pending invoices, correctly coded
• Reconciliation of every bank and credit-card account to the latest statement, ending with a zero-difference balance
• A concise hand-over note that highlights any anomalies or items needing my review
