UPTA Spain Business Plan Approval

I’m setting up a services-based venture in Spain and need a full business plan that meets every requirement UPTA asks for when evaluating new autónomo projects. The goal is straightforward: once your document is finished, I want to walk into their office (or upload it to their portal) and secure an immediate “apto” verdict.

Here’s what I’ll be looking for:

– A crisp executive summary in Spanish, followed by the in-depth sections UPTA typically reviews: market analysis, competitive positioning, marketing strategy, operational roadmap, organisational structure, and a clear value proposition for a services company.
– Five-year financial projections with P&L, cash-flow, balance sheet and the usual ratios UPTA highlights; figures must align with Spanish tax and social-security obligations for autónomos.
– Detailed investment and funding table showing how the initial outlay will be covered and how any subvenciones or grants figure into the numbers.
– Risk analysis with mitigation measures tailored to local regulations.
– Formatting that matches UPTA’s template or, if you prefer your own layout, something I can copy-paste into theirs without loss of structure.

I will supply whatever background data you need—market assumptions, cost estimates, personal CV, etc.—but I’m counting on you to turn it into a cohesive, audit-ready plan written in flawless Spanish.
