Update Real Estate Guides

I have two finished pieces—a Buyer’s Guide and a Seller’s Guide—exported as PDFs. I need the text updated throughout both documents and, because a few paragraphs are being shortened or expanded, some light layout tweaks will be necessary so every page still looks balanced and on-brand.

You’ll receive:
• my full brand file (fonts, colors, logos, spacing rules)
• a clearly marked change log in a text document outlining every sentence to replace, add, or delete

What I’d like back:
• the updated guides as press-ready PDFs
• the working file(s) you used—InDesign is ideal, but if you prefer another professional layout tool, just let me know ahead of time

Please keep existing typography and imagery unless a change is required to maintain consistency with the new copy. Accuracy to the brand standards in the file I provide is essential, and the finished PDFs must retain their current resolution and bleed settings for print.

If a small tweak is needed after review, I’m happy to do one quick revision round.
