Unstructured PDF to Database

I have several PDFs filled with unstructured, free-form text that need to be converted into clean, reliable records ready for direct import into my database. Your task is to extract every relevant piece of text accurately, normalise it where necessary, and deliver it in a structured format (CSV or Excel) that maps neatly to the fields I will provide.

Because the source files are not organised into tidy sections, you will need solid experience with OCR tools or advanced PDF extraction techniques, plus a sharp eye for detail to spot line breaks, merged words, and other quirks that often appear in free-form layouts. A light amount of data cleaning is expected so the final sheet is free of duplicates, obvious typos, and inconsistent capitalisation.

I will supply:
• The PDFs
• A field-by-field template showing how each data point should appear in the final sheet

You will return:
• A populated CSV/Excel file ready for database upload
• A brief note highlighting any ambiguous or unreadable entries so I can verify them quickly

Accuracy and turnaround time are my priorities, so please let me know how many pages you can comfortably process per day and the methods you plan to use.
