Rapid PDF Text Extraction

I need the text pulled from a set of PDFs that are laid out in multiple columns and pasted into an Excel workbook. Only the words matter—no images or tables—so you can ignore any non-text elements entirely.

Because this job is mainly about speed, I am comfortable with a few typos or column misalignments as long as the overall content lands in the correct rows and sheets. Feel free to use whichever combination of OCR tools or manual copy-paste you prefer, as long as you deliver a single, clearly structured .xlsx file containing all of the extracted text.
