I want a MediaPipe-driven face-tracking mask built in Unity that I can test directly inside the Unity Editor and then export to an iOS build. Please use the Snapchat lens in the link I’ve provided as the creative and functional benchmark.

The core of the job is an animated effect: the mask must morph in shape or size as my facial expressions change. In other words, when I smile, frown, raise my eyebrows, or open my mouth, the geometry of the mask should smoothly reshape to match—no simple position tracking; it should truly react and transform with the expression data MediaPipe supplies.

Scope of work
• Set up MediaPipe face tracking in Unity.
• Design and implement the morphing mask mesh/material, including any shaders needed to achieve fluid deformation.
• Ensure performance stays real-time on modern iPhone devices; target 60 fps where possible.
• Provide editor controls so I can tweak morph intensity, speed, and limits without touching code.
• Supply an Xcode-ready iOS build and clear step-by-step export instructions.

Acceptance criteria
1. The mask attaches correctly to a detected face and never drifts.
2. Morphing triggers visibly and proportionally with at least three distinct facial expressions (smile, mouth open, brow raise).
3. The Unity scene runs without errors on device and in editor.
4. Project folder is clean, documented, and handed over with all assets and scripts.

If you decide certain extras—like subtle particle sparkles or audio cues—would enhance the effect, feel free to propose them, but the animated morphing is mandatory. I’m ready to start as soon as you confirm you can meet these requirements.
