Ultra-Fast Discord URL Sniper

I want a small, self-contained tool that sits on my Windows machine, pings Discord’s vanity-URL endpoint with the absolute minimum latency, and grabs whatever vanity link becomes free the very instant it opens up. As soon as the claim succeeds the program has to ping a Discord webhook so I get an immediate confirmation inside Discord itself.

Core behaviour
• Continually check one or more vanity codes that I feed it, without rate-limit violations.
• The moment any code is released, fire the claim request and lock the URL to the server token I supply.
• After a successful claim, post a short success message to the webhook and stop further requests for that code.

Deliverables
• Executable or script that runs under Windows 10/11 with a simple config file or UI for tokens, codes, and webhook URL.
• Read-me covering required libraries, setup steps, and how to adjust polling frequency.
• Source code so I can audit and update it later.

Acceptance criteria
The sniper must consistently beat a manual claim in real-world testing and must log both the exact claim timestamp and the Discord response so I can verify success.
