We are looking for an experienced performance marketer / lead generation specialist with proven experience generating residential solar leads in the UK.
The objective is to build and optimise a customer acquisition system targeting UK homeowners interested in residential solar installation, with the ultimate goal of generating qualified leads and booked video calls or home appointments.

- UK homeowners / owner-occupiers
- Residential properties suitable for solar
- Genuine interest in solar installation or quotations
- Preferably £100+ monthly electricity spend
- Valid phone number, email and postcode
- Property decision-maker

The selected specialist should be able to handle or advise on:
- Meta Ads, Google Ads and other suitable paid acquisition channels
- Landing page and lead funnel strategy
- Lead qualification and validation
- UK-compliant consent capture
- Tracking and attribution
- Lead-to-appointment conversion
- Appointment booking
- Campaign optimisation and scaling
=> Who We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone with direct UK residential solar lead-generation experience, or highly relevant UK home-services experience.
You should understand the economics of paid acquisition, lead quality, qualification and appointment setting, not just general digital marketing.
