We are looking for an experienced Amazon Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon operations, including product uploading, listing management, optimization, promotions, and overall Amazon marketplace activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of the Amazon platform and be able to independently manage assignments related to Amazon product listings and promotions.
Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain Amazon product listings.
*Upload new products and ensure all product information is accurate and complete.
*Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and other listing content.
*Optimize listings to improve visibility, search ranking, and conversions.
*Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and other relevant listing requirements.
*Plan and execute Amazon promotions, deals, offers, and other promotional activities.
*Assist with Amazon advertising/promotional campaigns where applicable.
*Monitor product performance, sales, traffic, and listing-related issues.
*Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and other Amazon-related issues.
*Ensure products comply with Amazon's listing and marketplace requirements.
*Provide regular updates and reports on completed assignments and performance.
*Stay updated with relevant Amazon policies, marketplace changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
*3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon.
*Strong experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or relevant Amazon marketplace platforms.
*Proven experience in product uploading, listing creation, listing optimization, and catalog management.
*Good understanding of Amazon SEO, keywords, product ranking, and conversion optimization.
*Experience managing Amazon promotions, deals, offers, and advertising activities.
*Ability to independently identify and resolve Amazon listing/account-related issues.
*Experience with Amazon marketplaces relevant to our target market will be an advantage.
Engagement:
*Assignment-based / Freelance
*Work will be assigned as and when required.
*Assignments may include product uploading, listing creation, listing optimization, promotional activities, catalog management, and other Amazon-related tasks.
