UK Marketplace Account Management Specialist

We are looking for an E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of multiple UK-based e-commerce marketplace accounts. The selected candidate will work with a UK team member and receive guidance on managing accounts across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Temu.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with online marketplaces, and willing to learn and follow established processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Temu.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other listing information.
Perform product research and competitor research when required.
Manage inventory and keep product information up to date.
Assist with order processing and marketplace-related operational tasks.
Monitor account dashboards, orders, listings, and notifications.
Identify and report listing issues, account problems, or marketplace errors.
Follow instructions and workflows provided by the UK-based team.
Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and completed work.
Support product uploads, catalogue updates, and other e-commerce activities.
Ensure marketplace information is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
Communicate regularly with the team regarding progress, issues, and requirements.

The initial assignment will involve:

1 Amazon account
1 eBay account
1 TikTok Shop account
1 Temu account

Additional accounts may be assigned based on performance and business requirements.

Trial Period

The role will begin with a 3-day trial period.

During the trial:

The candidate will receive access to the assigned marketplace accounts.
A UK-based team member will guide the candidate through the processes.
Work quality, accuracy, communication, and ability to follow instructions will be evaluated.

After successful completion of the trial, the candidate will continue on a monthly engagement based on the agreed terms.

Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product listing, or virtual assistance is preferred.
Basic understanding of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, or Temu is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good internet connectivity and a reliable computer/laptop.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online dashboards, and web-based tools.
Willingness to learn new marketplace processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling business and account information.
