UK Care Home Builders Database

I am putting together a targeted prospect list of construction firms that can take on new-build care home projects anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales. Your job is to handle the full research and first-contact phase, then deliver a clean, verified database I can immediately plug into our business-development pipeline. We are looking for delivery partners.

Scope of work
You will identify qualified companies, reach out by email to introduce our organisation and confirm that they actively construct new-build care homes, and record the results. While renovation or extension specialists may appear in your search, the priority—and the filter you should apply during outreach—is on contractors with proven new-build experience in the care sector.

Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing, for each confirmed company:
– Company name and full address
– Primary decision-maker’s name, role and direct email
– Brief note on relevant previous projects / industry experience (ideally with project titles or links)
• “Email log” tab showing date of contact and status (sent / replied / declined / bad address)
• A short summary of your research approach and any useful insights you uncovered

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 90 % of email addresses must be valid (hard-bounce rate below 10 %)
• All entries must be based in the UK and cover at least one of the three nations listed above
• Each company’s experience must include at least one new-build care home or equivalent healthcare facility
