We're a Dubai-based Brand + Comms Consultancy running a concentrated two-month earned PR push that spans the UAE and Qatar. We need a media relations specialist who already knows the editors, producers, and journalists in both markets. You’ll be pitching business and healthcare news, and government-related announcements in English and Arabic, targeting newspapers, online news websites, and TV channels.
What matters most is your existing network and the confidence to pick up the phone, or fire off the right WhatsApp, to secure coverage quickly. If you’re currently based in the UAE, that’s ideal. Solid written Arabic and English preferable.
Scope
Over eight weeks you will shape story angles together with us and then place them with tier-one titles across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and beyond. Regular progress updates should highlight who you contacted, what was pitched, and which outlets have provisionally accepted or published. Templates will be provided.
Key deliverables
• Media list checked and refreshed for UAE and Qatar (print, digital, broadcast, social)
• Tier one media follow-ups to secure coverage
• Selling in and confirming earned interviews and articles, as per clients' approved plans
• Weekly status report with coverage links, clips, or broadcast air-check details
• Final wrap-up deck summarising reach, audience figures, and insights for next steps
Success looks like headline placements in leading dailies, homepage pickups on major portals, shared social coverage and at least one prime-time TV segment. If that routine works for you, let’s talk.
