TypeScript Full-Stack Developer - Website Build

I need a full-stack developer who is strong in TypeScript to build my website from start to finish.

Required skills:
- TypeScript (strict mode) on both front-end and back-end
- Next.js for the front-end
- Node.js (Express or NestJS) for the back-end
- A database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Deploying to my server or hosting

What you'll do:
- Plan the architecture and database
- Build a responsive, secure site
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Test everything and deploy it live

I'll provide brand guidelines, content, and any service credentials you need.
