Two-Site Upgrade & SEO Overhaul

I run two separate sites that now need attention in both structure and search visibility.

First site (WordPress)
The current build is a single-page theme. I’m ready to expand it into a standard multipage layout that includes all the staple sections—Blog, Contact Us, and Portfolio—while keeping design consistency with the existing branding. Once the new pages are in place, they should be properly inter-linked, mobile-friendly, and loaded with on-page SEO best practices (clean permalinks, schema markup, image-alt optimisation, meta data, XML sitemap, etc.) so the site is ready to rank.

Second site (.NET, accessed via FTP)
This legacy .NET site needs a version upgrade (framework and any related libraries) plus the same level of technical and on-page SEO tuning. The hosting environment can only be reached through FTP, so please factor that into your deployment process. A light UI refresh to match modern UX standards is welcome as long as core functionality stays intact.

Deliverables
• WordPress site split into separate Blog, Contact Us, and Portfolio pages with full SEO setup
• .NET site updated on its current server via FTP, including codebase upgrade and SEO optimisation
• Final testing for responsiveness, load speed, and basic security on both sites
• A concise hand-off document summarising changes, credentials used, and future maintenance tips
