In-Ground Pool Structural Plans

I’m building a rectangular in-ground pool and need a licensed structural engineer to prepare the full set of drawings and specifications required for permit submission and construction. The focus is on a sound, code-compliant design that already incorporates safety features, with special attention to an integrated safety cover system that can be installed flush with the deck.

Scope of work
• Structural layout and section drawings showing wall, floor, and beam thicknesses, reinforcement schedules, concrete strength, and anchoring details for the safety cover hardware.
• Design calculations that satisfy local pool and building codes (please indicate the codes you will reference).
• Notes, details, and material specs ready for the contractor and the building department.

I have the basic site plan and pool dimensions ready to share in DWG/PDF. Turnaround time for the first draft is two weeks if possible; we can refine from there until the set is permit-ready.

Deliverables
1. Signed and sealed structural plans (PDF + CAD).
2. Structural calculations packet, sealed.
3. Brief installation guide for the specified safety cover anchors.
