Two-Layer Consumer Device PCB Design

I’m building a compact consumer-grade product and need a complete double-layer PCB laid out from schematic to production files. The board must accommodate a central microcontroller, several on-board sensors, and the necessary connectors for power, programming, and external peripherals.

You’ll start from my preliminary block diagram and component selections, refine the schematic, run proper net-class rules, and lay out the board with good signal integrity practices. I expect clean GERBER/ODB++ outputs, pick-and-place files, and a concise BOM ready for sourcing. Altium Designer or KiCad are both fine as long as the final manufacturing files meet standard IPC guidelines and pass basic DRC without errors.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• Editable schematic and PCB layout files
• Production-ready Gerbers, drill, and assembly data
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints matched
• Brief design report noting stack-up, trace widths, and any impedance-controlled lines
