Two Detailed Floor Plans

I have a template that I want you to follow and adapt into two separate floor plans. Each plan must show a full, furniture-ready layout—room dimensions, door and window placement, plus clearly positioned furnishings. I haven’t locked in a furniture style, so feel free to use a neutral, easily editable look; accuracy and logical flow matter more than theme.

Scope
• Produce 2 floor plans derived from my template.
• Include detailed furniture placement on each plan.
• Maintain scale and proportion so rooms read correctly when printed.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PDFs for quick viewing.
• Editable source files in DWG, DXF, or another common CAD format so I can make future tweaks.

I’ll provide the base template as soon as we start; you return the two completed plans ready for review.
