Epic Fantasy Book Cover Design

I’ve finished writing an epic-quest fantasy novel and now need a striking, print-ready cover package that includes the full wrap: front, back, and spine. I have an art work in mind
Here’s what I’m after:

• Front cover: captivating illustration of stiletto of 3 women in the boat on the lake which is covered with the electric purple fog. In the distance you can see stiletto of the other boat with a body on it. the fog from the lake creates a "Purple Haze" title on the top of the page. At the bottom in same fond my name "Anna Hebb"
• Spine: seamless continuation of the artwork, sized to the final page count I’ll supply, with clear, readable typography.
• Back cover: complementary design featuring space for blurb, and ISBN barcode.

Ready-to-print PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, full-bleed). Digital mock-ups for online listings would be a welcome bonus.
