I want to sharpen my day-to-day troubleshooting skills around Twilio Programmable Voice and, in particular, dive deep into TwiML and call-flow logic. The goal is to meet regularly—live, one-on-one—to dissect real customer-reported issues, replay them with sanitized data, and step through practical fixes.

Topics that matter most to me include: building and debugging TwiML, shaping call flows, handling webhooks, analysing Voice Insights, and interpreting SIP-level problems such as latency, jitter, and packet loss. I already work in technical support, so the sessions should feel like an advanced lab where we pull log files, test APIs, and reason through what is really happening on a call.

This is ongoing mentorship rather than a packaged course. We can agree on a cadence and session length that suits us both, and I am happy to keep my employer details private until after the first introductory call.

When you respond, centre your message on your experience guiding others through similar voice-stack challenges—especially anything hands-on with TwiML and call-flow diagnostics. Feel free to outline how you structure sessions and your hourly or per-session rate.
