Twice-Weekly WordPress Maintenance & Fixes

I need a reliable WordPress specialist who can jump into my dashboard every Tuesday and Friday to keep the site healthy and fast. On each visit you will:

• Run all core, theme and plugin updates, then take a complete off-site backup so we always have a clean restore point.
• Check security logs, patch vulnerabilities and remove any suspicious files before they become a problem.
• Optimise performance by clearing caches, refining database tables and making sure page-load scores stay in the green.

Alongside this routine care I’m seeing a few recurring issues—404s from old URLs, the occasional plugin or theme clash after updates, and intermittent speed drops. I expect you to locate the root cause, apply the fix, and note exactly what was done.

Communication is simple: leave concise dashboard updates after every session so I can review what changed without digging through emails.
