I need our existing site, www.hdbconstruct.com, rebuilt in WordPress with a modern and sleek look that aligns with other high-end residential builders. The finished site must be fully responsive on mobile and desktop, keep wording similar to what is there now, and use a restrained palette of white, black, grey and blue so nothing feels busy.

Core structure
• Pages: Home, About Us, Contact, Services, Projects and Blog.
• Projects section: an easy-to-use photo gallery plus a simple news / updates feed so we can keep adding new housing projects ourselves after hand-over.

What I expect
• Custom or lightly-modified premium theme that loads FAST and meets current SEO best practices.
• Visual consistency across browsers and devices.
• Handover of all logins, theme files and clear instructions so our team can update text, photos and posts without developer help.

Please factor in a short round of revisions, basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, alt tags) and submission of the finished site to our hosting. Once live and signed off, the code and content become ours.
