Triplex Floor Plan Optimization

I already have full CAD files for a three-unit building and have sketched out three-to-four alternative layouts of my own. What I need now is a fresh set of professional eyes that can quickly assess those drafts, squeeze every extra inch of usable area out of each unit, and propose an additional option or two that follows the same concept across all three apartments.

Key goals
• Maximize space utilization—efficiency comes before aesthetics.
• Keep the units consistent; each apartment should share an almost identical layout.

You will receive:
1. The existing DWG files and PDFs.
2. My preliminary layout options with notes.

Deliver back within a short turnaround:
• Revised floor plan files (DWG + printable PDF) for each of my drafts, polished for space efficiency.
• One or more brand-new layout concepts of your own that respect the same structural constraints.
• A brief explanation of the changes and the square-footage gains you achieved.

Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar are fine as long as the final deliverables come back in DWG and PDF. The building is straightforward, so I don’t expect this to be a long engagement—speed and accuracy are the priority.
