Italian School Renders & Collages

I am halfway through a small-scale renovation for an Italian school and need a visual specialist to bring the presentation home. The concept is already modeled at roughly 50–60 % completion; what is missing are polished, high-quality visuals—three realistic renders and three Photoshop collages for each of the following zones:

• Rest Area – a semi-outdoor square garden with benches and shade where students can relax and talk.
• Chill Area – the breezeway between two buildings, fitted with benches for teachers’ short breaks.
• Outdoor Classroom – an open-air teaching spot with benches, boards, shelving for books and shaded cover.

Project intent: create welcoming, mental-health-focused spaces that feel modern, comfortable and social. In the chill area specifically, please highlight greenery and plants, colourful furniture and defined relaxation pockets with comfy seating.

You will receive existing rhino/Cad/3D files, if something doesn’t work we will be in contact and I will try to do my best to send everything you need . I need you to:

1. Refine or rebuild the scenes if required and light them convincingly (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape—use whatever you are fastest with).
2. Produce three 4 K still renders per zone that clearly communicate atmosphere, materiality and user interaction.
3. Create three layered Photoshop collages per zone (PSD format) that combine the renders with texture swatches, annotations and call-outs for presentation boards.

Deliverables are accepted when the renders match the modern design language, foreground comfort and social interaction, and the collages are neatly organised, print-ready and editable.
