I already have a full set of dimensions and a scaled floor plan for my kitchen and adjoining dining area, and now I need a 3-dimensional model that helps me clearly picture the upcoming renovation. The space will be a true transitional blend—clean-lined cabinetry and modern lighting balanced with a few classic touches—so I want the materials, colours, and finishes you apply to feel contemporary without losing warmth.

You will take my drawings and produce a detailed 3D environment that lets me explore layout options, surface changes, and lighting scenarios before construction begins. I am most interested in photorealistic still renders, but an orbit-style walkthrough or short fly-through would be a welcome bonus if it fits naturally into your workflow.

Deliverables
• Fully textured 3D model of the kitchen and dining room based on my measured plans
• At least four high-resolution, photorealistic renders (day and evening lighting) from key viewpoints
• Native project file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or comparable), plus exported OBJ/FBX so I can reopen it later
• One round of revisions for layout or material tweaks after the first draft images

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and appliance locations match my supplied drawings within ±1 cm
• Surfaces, lighting temperature, and colour palette align with the transitional style reference images I will provide
• Final stills delivered at a minimum of 4K resolution, ready for print or on-screen review
