Transfer my app play console to play console

I need my existing Android app migrated from one Google Play Developer Console account to another. I already have full access to both accounts, so you can work directly with the official Google transfer form and support process.

Your role is to:
• Collect the required information (package name, developer name, transaction IDs, etc.)
• Submit the transfer request to Google on my behalf, monitor its progress, and answer any follow-up from Google Play support
• Ensure the listing, ratings, reviews, download history, in-app purchases, subscriptions, signing key, and user base move over intact
• Verify after migration that the app is live in every current country/region, users receive updates normally, and no features break

Deliverables
1. Confirmation email or screenshot from Google showing the transfer is complete
2. Live store link proving the app now resides in the destination account
3. Brief hand-off document outlining exactly what was done and any next steps

Acceptance criteria: same package name, identical listing metadata, preserved ratings/downloads, and zero downtime for current users.
