Transcribe Scanned Notes to Word

I have a collection of handwritten notes that I have already digitised as clear scans and phone photos. They are straight text—no diagrams or equations—so the task is a straightforward transcription job.

I need every page typed into a single Microsoft Word document, keeping the flow and line breaks as they appear in the originals. Where I have underlined or emphasised words, please use basic text formatting such as bold or italics. No special layouts, tables, or complex styles are required beyond that. Accuracy is critical: spelling, punctuation, and paragraph separation must match the handwriting exactly.
