PDF Text Transcribed to Word

I have a collection of PDFs that contain text in a mix of paragraphs, bullet points, and other irregular formatting. I need every word lifted accurately and placed into a clean Microsoft Word document while preserving the original hierarchy—headings should stay headings, lists should remain lists, and any emphasis (bold, italics) needs to carry over where possible.

Source: searchable PDFs, no images or tables involved—just text.
Destination: one well-structured .docx file per PDF supplied.
