Transcribe PDF Text to Excel

I have a small batch of PDFs that contain only straightforward text paragraphs in a single language. I simply need every line of that text moved into an Excel workbook—no styles, fonts, or layout preserved, just clean plain-text cells that match the reading order of each source page.

Accuracy matters more than speed, so please double-check for OCR slips or missing characters before handing the file back. The final deliverable is one .xlsx file with the extracted text arranged logically (one paragraph per row works well, but I’m open to another clear structure if it improves readability).
