Transcribe Neat Notes to Word

I have a small batch of neatly written English notes—no more than ten pages—that I need converted into an editable Microsoft Word document. Because the handwriting is clear and easy to read, the job is primarily straightforward typing; I simply want the content reproduced exactly as it appears on the page.

Only standard text formatting is required. Preserve headings, paragraph breaks, bullet points, and any underlining or emphasis using the equivalent Word styles (bold or italics). No complex tables or charts are expected, but if a simple list or alignment appears, please mirror it with basic Word tools.
