Transcribe JPG Notes into PDF -- 2

I have several pages of notes saved as JPG images. Each page mixes printed passages with handwritten annotations, so simple OCR alone will not capture everything cleanly. I need the content faithfully re-created in a single, searchable PDF while keeping the page layout, spacing, and any small drawings exactly where they appear in the originals.

What this means for you: every line, margin note, header, and footer stays in its place; the finished file should look just like the scans but allow me to copy-paste the text. Please proof each page for accuracy, especially the handwritten portions that OCR tools often miss.

Deliverables
• A print-ready, searchable PDF that mirrors the original layout page-for-page
• (Optional but appreciated) the editable source file you used, in Word, InDesign, or similar
