I have a batch of handwritten forms that I will send over as clear photos taken with my phone. I simply need the text typed into Microsoft Word exactly as it appears—every word, abbreviation, and spelling left untouched. I’m not looking for the original layout to be recreated; a straightforward, neatly typed document is perfect.

The only thing that matters is accuracy: each form must be fully transcribed with no additions, omissions, or corrections. When you’re done, send each finished form back to me as its own .docx file. If this sounds clear, let’s get started right away.
